Luke's Lobster is up to
another local collab, this time with the
Park Bench Deli folks for this roll tossed in their "XO Sauce" of duck, shrimp, onions, and ginger, and then topped with some charred bits. To be honest, I couldn't really identify all the components as they just tasted like some salty onion-y bits. Sure, it provided more of an edge, but I wouldn't consciously pay extra for it. I am, however, admittedly contemplating their S$75 (US$56) option to pair their rolls with a 20g tin of caviar.
