The Impossible Patty Melt from Park Bench Deli
The first time I had an Impossible Burger, the texture of the patty gave it away immediately. They've since come out with version 2.0, which presumably is the one I ate today at Park Bench Deli. And the good news is that the texture is a bit more discernible this time. Now, it was a bit hard to taste the patty itself given all of the onions, pickles, and sauce slathered on this patty melt. But I still inhaled it quickly, even if there wasn't much of a beefy taste (then again, I think that a lot of *actual* beef doesn't have enough of a beefy taste). Note to self: it's really stuffy inside Park Bench Deli, so next time get your order to go.
