One of the other places I was eager to get back to after dining restrictions were lifted was
Kuaile Xiaoyang, especially since I had yet to try their beef. As with many of their other meats, this beef was sliced paper thin and was of good quality, but it wasn't as exciting as the lamb, which is what I'm sticking to next time. Their awesome broth is really what makes this place either way; I could've sat there all afternoon drinking it had my stomach (and bladder) not been on the verge of exploding.
