These guys have been here for a long time, but I never really heard much about them. So it was only today when I was nearby that I figured that I'd give them a try, especially since they had a lunch set (30 Robertson Quay #01-14, 6734-0139). They pitch themselves as Neapolitan, but the crust wasn't anywhere as chewy as L'Operetta. If anything, the crust was crispy, which wasn't a bad thing in and of itself, but I was hoping for something chewier. Plus, the taste of items like the tomatoes are more pronounced at L'Operetta. I won't complain if someone wants to come here though.
