Pizzeria L'Operetta's Homemade Tagliatelle Bolognese
Before discussing that pasta above, I just wanted to first mention that Pizzeria L'Operetta still has some of the best pizza on the island. Everything from the chewy dough to the savory cheese to the tangy tomatoes and even the olive oil are so spot on that I don't really want pizza from anywhere else (I haven't been back to LOGIC yet, in case you're wondering). Fortunately, they took a similar degree of care with that homemade tagliatelle above, with just the right texture and bite to those noodles, all coated in a well-balanced sauce. Their pizza is still my first choice, but yeah, I liked their pasta too.
