My lousy DIY plating at home isn't doing that dish justice, but it's a baked artichoke en croute from POLLEN (18 Marina Gardens Drive #01-09, 6604-9988). It was a pretty good deal at just S$22 (US$16.60) given the quality of ingredients used, and I was happy to have gotten one. Note that some assembly is required.
Actually, I sampled some of POLLEN's food a few years ago at a corporate reception, but there is a new Michelin-starred chef running it now. And he has some kind of signature duck neck sausage that is served complete with the head and beak attached. It's available for delivery, but I was too cheap to order one.
