The Oyster Omelette from Heng at Newton Food Centre

I told ya that I'd come back for this. Yeah, I liked it, especially the savory little fragments at the bottom that packed in extra grease and crunch. But I had to wait nearly half an hour for it (and it wasn't even 6 PM yet), which is not something that I'll do again.
