This is a large malatang chain from China that even has outlets in Tokyo, Sydney, and Seattle. They recently opened an outlet at Singapore's China Square (3 Pickering Street #01-36, 6970-7516), so I grabbed a bite this morning before heading into the office.
Yeah, it was good. There was a huge selection of fresh ingredients to choose from, and the broth was smooth and satisfying. Safety procedures meant that they had to fetch the ingredients (and even sauce/garnish) for you, but I definitely liked this place better than Hongchun, Gong Yuan, and the now defunct Matsuri.
