Skirt & Dirt at Tiong Bahru Market in Singapore

Cheese Skirt Burger

I'm not sure how obvious it is in the photo above, but there is a gigantic ring of grilled cheese overflowing off the edges of the patty. And that "skirt" is where this stall's name comes from (30 Seng Poh Road #02-66). Yes, that cheese was very tasty. But I wasn't a fan of the rest of the burger, particularly the patty and that sweet Thousand Island-like sauce that they slathered on it. I'd rather go to Hammee's, but I am kinda curious about the duck confit burger from these guys.
