I'm not sure if this is meant to be a permanent replacement for the veggie ramen that IPPUDO had previously. But it was good, as that crisp and savory broth was bursting with a fragrant mushroom aroma, while the whole grain noodles and mushrooms complemented it nicely (bonus points for the gorgeous goblet-shaped bowl BTW). I liked it much better than the one at Shiki Hototogisu.
