Hong Kong Street Family Restaurant at Novena Gardens

Har Cheong Gai

This was just a random cze cha that we stopped at out of convenience (273 Thomson Road #01-01, 6252-3132). Many of the items were a bit sweet, so I wasn't a big fan. But I did like the har cheong gai above, as its breading was surprisingly light and crunchy, and yet it still packed some good prawn paste stank. That made it fun to eat, even if I still somehow like the denser way that Hong Sheng does it.
