Hansang Korean Family Restaurant at Square 2, Singapore

Sudubu-jjigae

These guys (10 Sinaran Drive #03-33, 6397-6752) have some big signage on their walls boasting about the tofu that they make daily. Thus, I figured that I'd come here for lunch today to grab their sundubu jjigae. The broth wasn't as punchy as I had hoped for, but that also allowed the taste of other things to come out more prominently, including not just the aforementioned tofu, but also the pleasant surprise of julienned ginger. Yes, I liked it, although now this just makes me think of SBCD again.
