Here's the
bánh mì from
Quê. It's a more modern take featuring pork, beef, or egg, and even an option for potato wedges. Sadly, there is no
pâté option here, which means that I'd rather go to
Bami Express instead. Still, I liked the quality of the ingredients here, including not just the crisp and airy bread, but also the tender marinated pork. Indeed, that care also came through in her
bún chả, which I was also happy with.
