Grain, the Food Experience Company in Singapore

From left: Caramelized Beef Char Siew and Caramelized Aubergine

I had never heard of these guys before, but they are a venue-less catering service (3163-5336) that can deliver a weekly lunch and/or dinner plan, as well as "meals on demand" like we did today. The food is reminiscent of places like YOLO or The Daily Cut, with those caramelized beef and aubergine bowls above being of decent quality (the "beef char siew" carried a touch of smokiness that kept it interesting). That said, everything was also a tad sweet; not so much that it discouraged me from finishing it, but sweet enough that I'd rather order from somewhere else next time.
