The Roujiamo from Mazilu in Singapore

Roujiamo

Mazilu is doing roujiamo now. The portion of meat is skimpier than at Xibu Mahua, and they didn't bother to garnish nor spice it up here either. But the bread here is flakier (read: better) than the dense one at Xibu Mahua, and one could always use the jars of chili oil on each table to crank up the heat.
