This South Korean chain has been around since 1991, and there was an outlet near our next meeting today, so we stopped in for a quick
budaejjigae to refuel. Yes, it was good, particularly since the broth was nicely rounded with a bit of body from the beans inside. My local teammates also did me the courtesy of asking for some extra chili powder that I could throw into my bowl given that the standard version wasn't very spicy.
