Mademoiselle Tang has added several things to its menu, one of which was this tofu pudding rice noodle. I was very curious, hoping that this would be loaded up with some creamy homemade tofu (kinda like the wonderful yakko at Ootoya), all while being spiked with Chinese red chili oil and seasonings. Unfortunately, it turned out to be just a couple slices of cubed tofu on top of the bowl, like a mere topping rather than being a central figure in it all. I was also a bit bothered by the hot temperature of the noodles underneath, making it a bit of a mismatch with the cold tofu. That said, this was only half of the price of their normal noodles, and it still tasted good enough that I emptied this bowl in minutes.
