This place made for a convenient lunch stop on the way to the airport (1802 Elvis Presley Boulevard, 901-774-7444). And I really wanted to get some dry rub ribs again before leaving Memphis. The problem was though that I'm not sure if that's what I ordered. I asked for my ribs "dry," so they put the sauce on the side. But I don't see the dry rub powder coating the ribs; is that just a Rendezvous thing? Either way, I was very happy that they didn't cover it in sauce, as the meat was extremely smoky, and I wouldn't want anything to cover it up either.
