Orchard Towers was on our way home tonight when the thought of some Thai food sounded pretty good. But Korat and Thai Tantric were closed for the holidays, while of course Jane is gone. We nearly resigned to Senior Taco across the street when we came across this shop (400 Orchard Road #02-36, 6737-0223), happily plopping ourselves down for some tom yum soup and papaya salad. Yeah, it did the job. It wasn't so outrageously spicy that I'd yearn to come back right away, but the shrimp were fresh and the seasoning was good enough.
