Thailand's Yentafo Kruengsonge in Singapore
This chain from Thailand has opened up an outlet at Orchard Cineleisure (8 Grange Road #02-06, 6737-0971). They serve a Thai rendition of yong tau foo, which meant that it came with some flat rice noodles in a pink fermented tofu sauce. It was fine, but the pink sauce was hard to taste as the bowl ultimately got dominated by a scoop of your typical sour Thai garlic and chili mixture. As a result, I'm not likely to make any effort to come back (and if I do, I'd probably try the basil chicken or something instead). At least the Thai iced tea was much better than that watered down one at Kin Cow.
