I was on my way towards Lau Pa Sat when I noticed this place (138 Market Street #01-01, 6348-6559). I wasn't quite sure what it was, but there was a huge line inside...and it was only 11:40 AM! It turned out to be from the folks at Kilo, and you assemble your own bowl of food, Chipotle-style. The selection of ingredients was pretty impressive too (mmm...toasted rice!), so much that I'd much rather come here for a guilt-free meal than that YOLO place. Nice one. I'll have to come here for breakfast someday too.
