I wasn't planning on coming here. But I needed a something light before heading home tonight, and to my surprise, there was seating available at
Hana Hana.
They were serving an a la carte menu in the evening as well as a number of sets. Somehow my eyes gravitated toward this "special," which really wasn't a meal. It was just the two small appetizers above plus a beer and three
kushiyaki for S$20 (US$15). I guess it was a bit like that
horoyoi set at Ji Biru.
Yes, it was edible, and it made me curious about what the other meals were like. But I've also been really scarred by that
bara chirashi at Teppei's Hanare, so I'm not sure when I'll come back.
