There must be a million Indian lunchtime buffets in the Valley. I frankly was never too impressed with the ones that I went to in the past, but an old friend suggested this place for lunch today as it was nearby (1214 Apollo Way 404B, 408-481-0700). I was surprised by how much I liked it, particularly that palak paneer in the foreground, which was rich and silky smooth enough that I had to exert some willpower not to go back for seconds. Now, I'm still not huge on buffets, but that was better than I thought it would be.
