Truth be told, the only reason why I know about this place is because it was on an Andrew Zimmern episode. But it was conveniently close to the hotel, so I walked over for a quick bite (25 West San Fernando Street, 408-283-9595). Yes, I liked it, with the scattering of pork cracklings within those memelitas above being particularly tasty. Their chapulines were not as sour as El Tule's, and were actually a bit more flavorful. Maybe I'll pop back in here again for those memelitas later this week.
