We stopped at that new Singapore Food Street at Changi T3 this morning; it was indeed a food court with a bit of plasticky decor. The funny thing though was that I hardly recognized the names of any of the stalls, like this one. It was only after I looked it up did I realize that this was that food court that tried to name its stalls after famous hawkers and was forced to change them later. This one was supposed to be from a guy who used to work at one of the Jalan Tua Kong guys. It was actually pretty good, although of course still nothing like Tai Wah at Terminal 2.
