I didn't get a chance to actually go up there as I was rushing to my flight, but it was interesting to see that they had refurbished that place at Changi Terminal 3. I can only assume that it's just a food court, albeit perhaps dressed up nicely for tourists. Now that I looked it up online, it does indeed seem to be in some 1960's theme. I wonder if there are any noteworthy hawkers up there.
