Yet another ramen shop has opened up at Boat Quay, with this one (64 Circular Road, 6221-0577) sandwiched in between Suzuki and Takumen. Mabo ramen was at the top of the list, so I went for level 2 of 3, and it turned out to be hardly spicy at all. The rest of the bowl wasn't anything that exciting either. Granted, these guys are still in soft launch mode, and I didn't get to try the rest of the menu. But I wished that I had gone to Takumen instead.
