So apparently this stall's name was indeed inspired by the burger chain. But this is not a burger shop. It's run by a couple of Egyptian chefs, serving pan-Middle Eastern food, including Yemeni mandi (2 Seah Im Road #01-28).
I've been wanting to get that, but instead I've been focusing on their Egyptian items, including a hawawshi stuffed bread that was a little disappointing because it was wrapped up in a flour tortilla and was drizzled with a sweet mayonnaise.
So today I tried one of their other Egyptian items, which was this torly stew above. It used frozen peas and carrots, but it worked with the tomato sauce and the spices as well as that firm rice. Even if a few pieces of the mutton were a bit dry, I would get it again.
