I've almost figured out the best
Five Guys burger configuration for me: mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickles, raw onion and fresh jalapenos on their standard double-patty hamburger. I say *almost* because I know it still needs one more thing to give it more of an edge, but haven't quite figured out if that is mustard, grilled onions, or something else. The beefy goodness of this thing still delights me either way, along with those wonderfully potato-ey fries, which they incidentally provide malt vinegar for now. Yay!
