This is a big chain of Zhejiang restaurants from China that has opened an outlet at Suntec City Mall (3 Temasek Blvd #01-384, 6348-6523), where it commands some pretty long lines. Once you walk in, there is a delicate tea aroma in the air. I guess that's why it is literally named the "green tea restaurant" in Chinese, whereas Longjing is in reference to its geographic area in Hangzhou.
Anyway, that roasted chicken above was one of their signature dishes, and it was pretty good as long as one stuck to the moist dark meat. The white meat, on the other hand, was rather dry and not worth eating, but I liked their use of aromatics like long scallions and shiitake mushrooms. I ate this with that small cup of thick soup behind it, as it was fish-based and apparently another one of their popular items.
