
Marutama Singapore is running this tantanmen special right now, but I didn't like it. The broth and seasonings were boring enough to be forgettable, and worse, the chunks of chashu at the bottom were very sweet. The good thing was that they used the same skinny and firm noodles that they use in their aka ramen. But then I'd much rather just get the aka ramen with that cool lemon and cilantro garnish.
