I tried Marutama's new vegetarian ramen today. I couldn't really detect the yuzu in there despite the name, but there was some aromatic basil in there, along with tofu and noodles underneath. I liked the gyoza better. Even it wasn't clear what the vegetarian stuffing was composed of, I liked it enough to consider ordering it next time along with one of their non-vegetarian bowls.
