
It's been so long since I've been to Super Taqueria that I had forgotten that I'm not a huge fan of their food. I can see now though that the food hasn't really changed for the better, as the tacos were still in those oversized and smooth-textured tortillas rather than the small gritty ones that I like. I didn't care for how the lengua taco in the foreground was done with beans, although the buche pork stomach behind it was nice and salty at least. In retrospect, I should have opted for their namesake "super" upgrade on the tacos, as they apparently grill them with cheese, which sounds kinda interesting.
