
Here's a small family-run chain of Mexican restaurants in the Phoenix area. They conveniently had an outlet in front of our gate at Sky Harbor Airport, so I grabbed this quick taco plate for dinner. Yes, it was good, as the carnitas had a little bit of cinnamon and/or clove-like spice in there, while the red salsa was nice and punchy (the green one above, on the other hand, was rather mild). The food was fast and served the purpose of fueling up on a simple local meal before boarding my flight.
