I didn't realize it until now, but this airside outlet at SFO's international terminal is a Michelin-listed place from Yountville. I usually walk right past it; I only went in today because I was given a meal voucher.
And that avocado toast above was much better than it looked. That was not just because of the wonderfully smoky aroma coming from the grilled avocados, but also everything else, including that delicate ricotta cheese on top of a nicely textured chiabatta, as well as the mildly acidic tomatillo salsa on top. I ate that thing pretty quickly and kinda wished I had more.
Yes, I'll go back. Next time I should get the Caesar salad, chicken wings, grilled cheese sandwich, or burger since it looks like those are also served at the main restaurant in Napa.
