I think these guys have a proper store in One-North, but I got this as part of this year's Singapore Food Festival, which is running a temporary food truck park in front of the barely-opened Keppel South Central office building in Tanjong Pagar this week. This MahaCo truck does Indian-Mexican fusion, so think of tacos with the tortillas and salsa swapped out for dosa and curry. The nice thing was that they made it crisp and airy, and was kinda neat in its own right. But it was a bit dry and admittedly not something I'll rush for again, especially since the purist in me yearns for the pleasures of a proper corn tortilla instead.
