The name of this place has always bothered me; it was like it was trying to sound both French and Japanese despite being a noodle shop from the Paradise Group. So I never went there even though I had a decent experience with one of their delivery specials during the pandemic.
We nonetheless went to one of their restaurants today. I was happy with the bowl above, as the noodles weren't overcooked like I had feared, and the broth was aromatic and even smoky from the charred veggies in there. And yes, I liked it enough that I'll go there again despite how much the name still makes me cringe.
