This curry noodle stall at Tanjong Pagar Plaza Market & Food Centre #02-37 draws some pretty long lines at lunchtime. It's a stall with some history that has been handed down to the next generation, which made me curious enough to try it. The broth was thinner than I was expecting, but that chili sauce on the side completely turned it around by making it edgy (was that smoked lemongrass that I tasted??). I'll eat it again as long as I have access to a few scoops of that chili. I liked that the breast meat was tender and moist too.
