Blue Supreme in Sheung Wan, Hong Kong

Provençal fries, padron peppers, and something else

This is the kind of place that I'd be going to regularly if I lived here (21 Tung Street, 2323-3633). It not only specializes in live bottle-conditioned beers like sours and lambics, but it also has a kitchen run by an Otto e Mezzo and Bo Innovation alumnus, and his small plates are playful and good. This is all in a laid back venue that offers nice respite from the busy city, with super friendly and helpful staff. I'll be back.
