It's interesting that Seng Huat is only open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. What strange timing! Anyway, I happened to be at Zion Riverside Food Centre on a Tuesday night so I stopped in for a quick plate. I went for a white meat option with that chicken chop above. To my surprise, the meat was rather thin. I prefer their beef burger rice over this, but I still happily ate this piping hot and crispy thing.
