Imagine Chipotle featuring Indian ingredients. Or at least Indian-ish. Yep, there is a spread of ingredients behind a glass case for you to pick from to fill your choice of bowl, burrito, or pita pocket. And some of it was decently tender and spiced nicely, including my grilled chicken and dal above. I guess that Stuff'd chain with its rotating kebab spit would be its closest competitor here, but I've never tried them, so I don't know how it compares.
