I'll admit that I got drawn here by this lovely display of sandwiches at this food truck here in Barcelona. The one that looked the most interesting to me was that first one given that it featured a pistachio pesto along with mortadella and ricotta. It turned out to be creamy and savory with a chewy bread that was served toasty warm on such a dreary day outside. It was nice to have it served so quickly too.
