This place is pretty cool too (1 Plaça Comercial, 933-10-2186). We originally walked up here to get some dessert, but they also have pretty long list of other tasty treats, including that tripe above. It was awesome, not only because of how tender and fatty it was, but also since they really loaded up on a smoky and spicy pimenton in there. The crema catalana had a nice thick sugar crust on top, and was also spiked with a good amount of cinnamon and vanilla. And it's all in a fun and casual space where the vermouth comes to you in the blink of an eye.
