I finally made it to that other Michelin-listed stall at Alexandra Village that I missed last time (120 Bukit Merah Lane 1 #01-15).
Admittedly though, I never would have thought that this was in the Michelin Guide had no one told me. I mean, the chicken itself didn't stand out that much, and the only things that ostensibly made this place a bit different was the small portion of achar pickles as well as the super low S$3.50 (US$2.60) price.
Well, I did appreciate the heavy punch of ginger in the chili sauce as well as the firm yet small grains of rice. Yes, it was good, but not so much to wait in line for it again.
