I'm not sure if there is any relation between these guys and the What The Fish folks, but this is similarly a small chain of stalls selling Sichuan grilled fish at food courts. I went for this sliced fish at their Great World outlet, with those green peppercorns creating a respectably potent numbing effect. The quality of the fish itself wasn't anything great, but at least it wasn't muddy, and these were food court prices after all. Next time I'll get the red chili version.
