Blue Lilly Steakhouse and Chinese Restaurant in Tokyo
This place in the Ginza Sanwa Building sounded suspicious with its steakhouse and Chinese food combination (Ginza 4 Chome−6−1,). But the big signage for cheap steak lunch sets sounded like it'd satiate a pressing request for wagyu, so we went downstairs into this white linen and wood paneled basement.
Well, it turns out there's a reason why it was so cheap, as the steak was surprisingly lean and dry. At least the curry above was tender with a salty gravy that I liked so much that I wanted more rice to go with it. But presumably that signage was for passing touriats, even if there seemed to be a number of locals dining there.
