pizza place in Japan (Roppongi 7 Chome−6−2), and the smoky-tasting pie above featured not just quality ingredients, but a crust that he laced with salt underneath, making for fun bites every time a crystal hit your tongue. I had a chance to try another creation of his that featured a tender beef braised in wine, if I tasted it correctly. This place is definitely worth a repeat visit, and the good thing is that he seems to have a few outlets around town.
