This wasn't actually at their shop in
Yokohama itself, but instead was from a food court outlet that they were running at Haneda Airport Terminal 2. It was basically the Yokohama version of
zhacai rousimian, but using
takana instead of
zhacai. This rendition didn't get me too excited though, especially since it was coated in a
starchy goo on top. But it was the warm soupy thing that I needed tonight given the cold weather.
