This chuanr shop wasn't too crowded on a Friday night (741 Havelock Road, 8818-9549). And they did a decent job of seasoning it all, as they weren't afraid to hold back. I won't bother getting the mutton again though, as it was lean and didn't have any stank to it. The beef was better, while the pork had a good amount of fat in it. Ah Gu Kaka Wa is still my preference, but this location will surely come in handy again, especially with its 2 AM closing hour.
