This chuanr shop wasn't too crowded on a Friday night (741 Havelock Road, 8818-9549). And they did a decent job of seasoning it all, as they weren't afraid to hold back. The beef was the best cut that we had tonight, while the pork had a good amount of fat in it. I won't bother getting the mutton again though, as it was lean and didn't have any stank to it. Ah Gu Kaka Wa is still my preference, but this location will surely come in handy again, especially with its 2 AM closing hour.
