It's been a while since I've been to Qianzhuang Noodle Villa. And only now am I realizing that they've made some changes, most notably the fact that they no longer have that firewood chili powder anymore. Oh noooo!!! Well, they have a pot of chili oil in the center of the restaurant at least, not to mention a giant tub of pickled cabbage that was decently spicy. Actually, that paojiao bowl above was pretty spicy too, but I'm still a bit bummed that the dried chili pepper is gone.
